Outstanding place I stopped this past Saturday and the lobster, stone crab and key West shrimp was the best and worth the 1 hr drive from rural southern Florida

For those reviews that say bad cod you just can't cook it correctly. Go to red lobster or McDonald's for your fish!

I travel from Wesley Chapel today to get to visit this seafood market. The fish was amazing the only downer for me was not having number tickets.To know who is the next customer in line to be served. I don't like that the people who is working behind the counter has to guess who is next to wait on. If they can fix this one problem Invest in a number counter.Similar what publix deli has. Other than that the service was great. Fish was fresh just awesome place if they could get that one problem corrected the place will run so smooth. First Visit will be back thank you.

Have to say something positive. Called yesterday looking for fresh tuna for sushi, they expected a fresh loin in later and would call me when it arrived. They actually called. It was so fresh, my wife from Japan declared it "uishi" (delicious), it was so fresh it was silken, barely had to chew it. The rest of the fishes they carry are great, I grew up in the far Northern Atlantic and know my fish, so does this place.

 Lakeland Seafood is nearly one of the best seafood markets around. You would think Florida will have a ton of seafood markets but this is the only one that I'm able to find that is clean, fresh, and well priced.
